Why Learn Vedic Meditation?

In today’s world, we’re more “switched on” than ever — always reachable, always busy, always doing.

It’s no surprise that so many of us are living in a constant state of stress, caught in a cycle of fight or flight that drains our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We've normalised burnout... but what if there’s another way?

Vedic Meditation offers a pathway back to calm, clarity and deep inner rest — helping you reconnect with the part of yourself that doesn’t need fixing, rushing or striving.

This practice gently guides you inward, to the quiet place within that holds peace, fulfilment and the energy to meet life with more ease.

The course

The The Vedic Meditation course runs over four consecutive days, with each session lasting 60 to 90 minutes.

You’ll receive personalised instruction in the technique and gain deep insight into how meditation works — not just during the practice, but in everyday life.

You’ll learn:

  • The mechanics of Vedic Meditation

  • How the body and mind respond to stress — and how meditation helps release it

  • What experiences to expect and how to integrate meditation with ease into your daily rhythm

All four sessions build upon each other, so attendance at each one is essential.

Session 1 is a 1:1 session with Krista - The Vedic Meditation Teacher. This will be booked on Thursday the 16th, at a time that suits you and can be in the studio or Krista can come to you.

Session 2,3 & 4 will be conducted in a group in the studio on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Times will be set to suit all who are completing the course.
